PhD position in the Centre for Polar Observation and Modelling (CPOM), University of Leeds

We are pleased to advertise a new PhD studentship in the Centre for Polar Observation and Modelling (CPOM), hosted at the University of Leeds. 

The PhD student will use satellite altimetry datasets to investigate Greenland/Antarctic ice sheet mass balance and regional variability in sea level rise. The position should be an extremely exciting opportunity as it’s linked to an ESA project therefore provides an opportunity to work with a number of our international partners, and the student will have the opportunity to participate in a fieldwork campaign on the Greenland Ice Sheet. The position is open to both UK and European applicants.
